USA Lab offers warranties ranging from 3 days to 3 years, depending on the product. This covers manufacturer defects in workmanship, mechanical parts, or materials.

What’s Covered

Manufacturer defects during normal use

Replacements or repairs within the warranty period

Partial or full coverage of shipping for U.S.-based customers
What’s Not Covered

Damage from misuse, abuse, accidents, or improper voltage

Normal wear parts: glassware, heating elements, seals, sensors, etc.

High-dust, high-humidity, or non-lab environments

Water damage (use only distilled water in chillers/heaters)

Cross-threading, poor storage, or over-tightened fittings

Improper return packaging

Used products have no warranty unless specifically noted.

Repairs & Labor

Repair labor rate: $139/hour ($69 minimum)

Repairs include 30-day limited warranty

Unclaimed repairs may incur storage fees and eventually be forfeited
Returns & Packaging
Returned items must be:

In original condition with all parts and packaging

Reported within 3 days for damaged items

Properly packed to avoid damage (customer assumes risk if not)
