  • Reinstallation: Follow steps in reverse

STEP 1 — Remove the Four Screws on Top of the Motor Housing

  • These screws allow the top cover to begin separating from the housing.

STEP 2 — Remove the Four Screws for the Back Plate

  • Remove the four screws on the back plate of the unit.
  • This frees the rear housing panel and exposes the wiring and motor assembly.

STEP 3 — Cut the Two Zip-Ties

  • Cut the two zip-ties securing the wiring bundle inside the housing (pg.2 images).
  • This allows full movement of the wiring when lifting the motor housing off the base.

STEP 4 — Disconnect the Two Connectors

  • Disconnect the two connectors shown in the images on pg.2.
  • These are the only connectors that need to be detached to remove the motor housing.

Remove Motor Housing

  • Once the screws, zip-ties, and connectors are removed, the motor housing can be lifted away from the base.
  • To install the new motor, follow all steps in reverse order.
