USA Lab RE-10 Series Rotary Evaporator Display Board Replacement Guide
This guide provides the full procedure for removing and replacing the display board inside the RE-10 Series rotary evaporator housing. Steps include removing the display housing screws, disconnecting the board connector, removing the knob and nut, and detaching the display board.

- Install the new display board in reverse order
STEP 1 — Remove the Two Screws at the Base of the Display Housing
- Remove the two screws located at the base of the display housing (shown on page 1).
- After removing the screws, pull the housing outward from the bottom first, then raise the unit upward to bypass the screws that hold the display housing in place.
STEP 2 — Disconnect the Display Board Connector
- Remove the display board connector from the display board.
- The connector is shown circled in the image on page 1.
STEP 3 — Remove the Knob and Knob Nut Holder
- Pull the knob off the face plate.
- Unscrew the knob nut holder located behind the knob (shown on page 2).
STEP 4 — Remove the Five Nuts Holding the Display Board
- Remove the five nuts that secure the display board to the display housing.
- Once the five nuts are removed, you can pull the display board away from the housing.
Reinstallation
- You can reinstall the new display board in reverse order of removal.
