USA Lab RE-10 Series Rotary Evaporator Board Replacement Guide
This guide provides the full procedure for removing and replacing the circuit boards inside the RE-10 series control panel. Steps include removing the panel, disconnecting six connectors, removing wiring, taking out mounting screws, and reinstalling the new board.

Quick Facts
- Boards Removed: 2
- Total Connectors: 6 (3 on each board)

- Wires to Remove: RED, YELLOW, BLUE
- Reinstallation: Reverse order
STEP 1 — Remove the Four Screws on the Back Panel
- Remove the four screws circled on the back panel of the evaporator (pg.1).
- Once removed, the panel can be opened to access the boards.
STEP 2 — Remove the Six Connectors
- There are three connectors on each board.
- Remove all six connectors circled in the images on page 1 (positions labeled 1–6).
STEP 3 — Remove the RED, YELLOW, and BLUE Wires
- Disconnect the RED, YELLOW, and BLUE wires from the board.
- Be sure to reinstall these wires in the same order on the new board.

STEP 4 — Remove the Eight Mounting Screws
- Remove all eight screws holding the boards to the panel housing.
- Once all screws are removed, the boards can be lifted out.

Reinstalling the Boards
Install the new boards in the reverse order of removal:
- Mount boards with the eight screws
- Reconnect the RED, YELLOW, BLUE wires in original order
- Reattach all six board connectors
- Reinstall the back panel
