USA Lab End-Use Certification Statement

Acknowledgment of proper use, age requirements, and legal compliance for solvent purchases.

To comply with federal, state, and local laws, including Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau (TTB) regulations, USA Lab requires that all purchasers of restricted solvents review and acknowledge this End-Use Certification Statement.

By placing an order containing solvents from USA Lab, you certify and agree to the following:

  1. Products will be used solely for the production of non-beverage items.

  2. Products will not be resold, redistributed, or used for any purpose other than the stated industrial or laboratory use.

  3. You are 21 years of age or older.

  4. You will comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and licensing requirements.

Failure to comply with any of these conditions may result in legal consequences and voids any liability from USA Lab.
