Shipping Policy & Freight Information

Shipping Times & Carriers

  • We ship Mon–Fri, 9am–2pm EST via UPS, USPS, and various freight carriers.

  • Orders usually ship within 1–3 business days after payment is processed.

  • Expedited shipping = faster transit, but does not guarantee same-day shipment.


Freight Shipments

Some larger or hazmat items may take 1–5 business days to ship due to crating, packaging, or extra documentation.


Damage Claims

  • If your shipment is visibly damaged: refuse it and have the driver note the damage.

  • If damage is hidden: contact us within 2 days, keep packaging, and send photos.

  • All claims must be submitted within 3 business days.


Additional Freight Fees

You may be charged for:

  • Liftgate service

  • Residential or limited access deliveries

  • Inside delivery

  • Storage or redelivery

  • Detention or scheduling notifications

These fees are the customer’s responsibility and must be paid within 30 days of delivery.


Undeliverable / Returned Shipments (UDI)

If a shipment is returned:

  • You’ll be refunded minus shipping charges and a 15% restocking fee.

  • Common reasons: incorrect address, customs refusal, or unclaimed packages.

  • Hazmat tariffs and original shipping are non-refundable.


International Orders

  • Customer is responsible for all import duties, VAT, and brokerage fees.

  • If a shipment is refused due to unpaid customs, it will be returned at your expense and refunded minus all fees.


Shipment Cancellations

Once an item has shipped, it cannot be canceled.
Orders canceled after packaging may still incur a restocking fee.


USPS & PO Boxes

  • PO Boxes will automatically ship via USPS.

  • Hazmat materials cannot be shipped to PO Boxes.

  • USPS First-Class International has no guaranteed delivery window and no compensation for loss/damage.


Return Packaging Standards

  • Items must be returned in original condition, with all parts, accessories, and packaging.

  • Poorly packed returns may receive partial refunds to cover damage/loss of value.
