Full Return Policy (Terms & Conditions)

BY ACCESSING OR OTHERWISE USING THE SITE YOU AGREE TO THESE TERMS & CONDITIONS.

At USA Lab, we take pride in the quality of our products and aim to be transparent and fair regarding returns. By placing an order with USA Lab, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following Return Policy.

General Return Eligibility

  • USA Lab–branded products may be eligible for return within 30 days of the order date, subject to the conditions outlined below.

  • All returns require prior authorization from USA Lab.

  • Items returned without authorization may be refused or returned to the sender.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return under any circumstances:

  • Customized or made-to-order products

  • Consumables, solvents, hazardous materials, and chemicals

  • Products showing signs of use, wear, contamination, or modification

By purchasing customized items, you acknowledge that such products are manufactured specifically for your needs and are final sale.


Pre-Order Policy

  • Pre-Order items are charged at the time the order is placed.

  • If USA Lab is unable to commence shipment within one (1) year from the order date, you may request a full refund.

  • No refunds, credits, or discounts will be issued for delays within this one-year period.

  • Estimated ship dates are provided for reference only and may change due to manufacturing, supply chain, or logistical factors.

  • USA Lab is not responsible for damages or losses resulting from shipment delays.

  • Pre-Orders are fulfilled in the order received.

  • Once a Pre-Order item has been delivered, standard return and restocking policies apply.

USA Lab reserves the right to modify Pre-Order terms at its discretion.


Glassware Policy

We package all glassware with care; however, damage may occur during transit.

  • If glassware arrives damaged, you must notify USA Lab within three (3) business days of delivery.

  • Upon verification, we will issue either a replacement or a refund.

  • Glassware damaged after delivery is not covered and voids all warranties.


International Orders

  • International orders are generally non-returnable.

  • If a return is approved, the customer is responsible for:

    • Return shipment arrangements

    • All shipping costs, duties, taxes, insurance, and customs fees

  • USA Lab does not provide prepaid return labels for international shipments.

  • Damaged items must be reported within three (3) business days of receipt to be eligible for replacement.

  • Customs fees and import charges vary by destination and are the responsibility of the customer.


Restocking Fees

USA Lab–Branded Products

  • A 15% restocking fee applies to all approved returns that are:

    • Unused

    • Undamaged

    • In original packaging

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is deemed defective.

  • If defective, USA Lab will cover return and replacement shipping.

Non–USA Lab–Branded Products

  • Some non–USA Lab–branded items may be non-returnable.

  • Approved returns may be subject to restocking fees up to 90%, depending on the manufacturer.

  • Return eligibility and defect determinations are governed by the original manufacturer’s policies.

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item is confirmed defective.

We strongly recommend contacting USA Lab before purchasing non-branded products to confirm return eligibility.


Return Condition Requirements

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be in original packaging

  • Be unused and undamaged

  • Show no signs of wear, contamination, or modification

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Stickers or decals

  • Scratches, dents, or residue

  • Resins, solvents, botanical material, or non-standard fluids

Unused items returned without original packaging are subject to a 25% restocking fee.

Items that show any signs of use or damage will not be accepted and are not eligible for a refund.


Inspection and Refund Process

  • Returned items will be inspected and tested upon receipt.

  • Approved refunds will be issued after inspection is complete.

  • Refunds will reflect applicable restocking fees.

  • Items rejected due to condition or policy violations will not be refunded.


Third-Party Products

USA Lab is under no obligation to accept returns for products not sold under the USA Lab brand. Such products are subject to the return policies of the original manufacturer.
